Add another organiser

A club night should never depend on one person being in the room. You can give other people access to your club and choose how much they can do.

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything an admin can, plus invite and manage other owners. A club always keeps at least one owner.
AdminRun sessions (start, manage, end), manage members, and change session settings.
StandardView the club - sessions, stats and history - and see their own player profile. Cannot run sessions or change anything.

Give helpers who run nights Admin. Reserve Owner for the one or two people ultimately responsible for the club. Use Standard for a player who just wants to sign in and follow their own stats.

  1. Open Members, then the User Access tab.
  2. Choose Invite, enter the person’s email address, and pick the role to give them.
  3. Optionally link the invite to an existing member record, so their login is tied to their playing history.
  4. Send it. They get an email with a link to accept - the link is valid for 7 days. Once they accept, they have access at the role you chose.

Who can invite whom:

  • Owners and admins can invite people as Standard or Admin.
  • Only an owner can invite someone as an Owner, or promote an existing member to Owner.

From the User Access tab you can, at any time:

  • Change someone’s role - promote a standard member to admin, or step an admin back down.
  • Revoke access - remove someone entirely.

ePegboard protects against locking the club out: you cannot remove or demote the last remaining owner. Add another owner first if you need to hand the club over.

Just want a player to see their own stats?

Section titled “Just want a player to see their own stats?”

That is the Standard role - they can sign in and follow their own rating, win rate and history, but cannot change anything. Invite them as Standard from the User Access tab, or use the per-member invite on the Members page.

  • Members - managing the people in your club.
  • Sessions - who can create, run and end sessions.
