Following the night

You do not have to crowd round the desk tablet to see what is going on. Any club night running ePegboard can be followed live from your own phone, using the code your club shared for tonight.

Join by code

The code for tonight comes from your club - in a message, or in the email that follows the session. It is six characters and looks like “XYZ KMN”.

Go to play.epegboard.com/live, type it in, and you are there. You do not need an account to follow along. Once you are in, you see:

• The live board.
• Who is currently playing.
• Who is up next.

It updates as the night runs, so you always know where things are and roughly when you are on.

If someone sends you a link that already has the code in it, tapping it takes you straight there - and the page you land on can be shared on from your browser’s address bar.

The code on the club’s screen is a different code

Most clubs now show their join code on the board rather than tonight’s session code - the one that starts “Sign up at epegboard.com and join the club with code…”. That one joins you to the club; it will not open the live board, and typing it at /live will tell you it did not match.

If that is the code you are holding, use it at Join a club instead. For the live board, use the code from the link or message your club sent.

Your running total once checked in

Once you are checked in to the session, you get a personal in-session view as well as the board. It shows:

• Your running total for the night.
• Your games, updating as each one finishes.

So while you are waiting for your next game you can see how your night is going without asking the desk. When the night ends, this rolls up into your recap - see Recaps and your history.
