Setting your club up

Running the nights

Given a six-character code? That is your club’s join code. Sign up, go to Clubs, choose Enter your club’s code, then find your own name on your club’s list. Joining your club with a code has it step by step.

Stuck in the middle of a night?

Correct a score or void a game Fix a score that went in wrong, edit a finished game, or void one that should not count.

Move a game to another court A court has gone out of action and the game on it needs to carry on somewhere else.

Take a court out of play Drop a court for the rest of the night - any game already on it finishes first.

Locked out of the tablet What the organiser PIN protects, and how any club admin resets a forgotten one.

Why did it suggest that game? The picker shows its reasoning for any game it puts up, in front of everyone watching the board.

Ending the session What gets saved, what closes - and why an ended session cannot be reopened.
